...without telling me your sibs care about your passion.

I know I'm one month late for this but I just wanted to tell how nice it feels to have a family member who cares about my art! My little brother doesn't come often (he works in military service) but when he DID come home for a weekend last December (which was a month ago), he surprised me with this on my Birthday:

It's A3 size sketchbook, pencils, artistic charcoals and coloured pencil-shaped chocolate! It was such a big surprise because my parents don't treat my passion seriously saying I should do more "adult stuff" (whatever that means) but my little brother supports me regardless.

I dunno why I'm sharing that but I just wanted to express how nice it feels when there's someone outside your circle who supports your artistic passion even though they don't really understand it and I think it's always best to surround yourself with such people because you know they will never look down on you, moreover, they will encourage you to pursue the things you love. And it's not always by the gifts but the thought and care <333

Hey, guys! I hope you've been doing good! I keep popping up out of nowhere and then disappearing for a very long period of time (even months which used to be NOT in my style) but sometimes I cannot understand why I keep doing it. Like, I know I have thousands of notifications crammed in my inbox but sometimes I can't bring myself to clear it regularly. I just physically can't.

BUT I finally decided to spend at least a couple of minutes a day to clear my inbox piece by piece while reacting to other artists' art I've missed out for months.

So don't worry, guys, I'm not ignoring you or forgot about you! I just needed a lot of time to pull myself together haha

Anyway, if you see me spamming your inbox, I'm so sorry XD

That means I'm coming back and I want to appreciate and send love to the art you created during these couple of months! I may not comment on everything but I want you to know that I love every single piece you made!! <3

Also, I have finished the rest of the refs of the main deRege family members but I'd like to proritize clearing my inbox first! And yes, I will post my ArtFight attacks on here too! I know I should've done that months ago but I kept forgetting X(

Since my friend and I are working on "The deReges" series, I wanted to update my (perchance my friend's) OCs references AGAIN but with the established designs for the series' storyline. I'm starting from the parents of the family and I've already finished Stalker's initial profile and I'm currently working on Othello's (at this point we're sharing custody of him hehehe).

Each character's profile will have extra references like body types, clothes line-up throughout the story and distinctive features like scars, tattoos, etc.

I know, it's a lot of work for each OC but I want to avoid too much mess and clutter on a single reference, so they are divided into more consistent separate parts.

And yes, I'll be working on regular art as well and might join some October challenge, so I won't overwhelm you with too many character references in a short period of time, haha
